Staffing business in the Philippines

Dispatching young talented Filipino engineers.

While ENI has been working with many foreign nationals, we are extremely fascinated with the sensibility and adaptability of the human resources from the Philippines. In evidence, more than 9.4 million Filipinos is currently working abroad.

ENI has strengthened its ties with the Philippines by teaming up with a local partner company to develop a domestic staffing business in the Philippines. The Philippines has a large number of young engineers, with an average age of 23 years old, due to population growth. English is considered to be an official language in the Philippines in addition to Tagalog, and the number of their higher education institutions of 2.8 million, is the second largest in the world behind the United States. The Philippines is filled with very capable and talented individuals in the field of plant engineering.

Cooperating with our local subsidiaries in the Philippines, ENI will continue to introduce highly efficient Filipinos. Please take this opportunity to consider hiring a Filipino plant engineer.

3 Characteristics of ENI

01

Dispatching to companies throughout Japan
We meet your immediate human resources demand

By being in the plant industry, ENI is capable of dispatching to workplaces located anywhere in Japan. By utilizing our over 40 years’ experience and know-how, we are able to propose the right engineer for the right place. Please feel free to consult us, even if you require multiple personnel dispatch for a large project or if it involves hardship projects stationed overseas. We will fulfill your immediate needs in human resources.

02

Interviewing each and every job seeker
Finding the ideal match

Rather than holding a simultaneous registration meeting for job seekers, ENI interviews each person to hear about their skills and past career experience. By grasping the work style conditions required by each job seeker as well as grasping the detailed skill set, we will introduce the ready-to-work personnel required for your company and prevent employee turnover due to mismatch after employment.

03

Regular visits by our sales representative
Reliable follow-up system

At ENI, not only do we value introducing and dispatching the required personnel, but value providing the essential solution that leads to business growth. Therefore, from our initial visit to after dispatch of the individual, our dedicated sales representative will work to thoroughly grasp your company needs and situations. We will work together with company recruiters to solve their recruitment issues.

Step by step guide to our staffing process

STEP01

By taking into consideration the employment conditions, the work atmosphere, and the various business issues, we will recommend the most suitable engineer for your company. No fees are charged until the individual is hired.

STEP03

Contract procedure

When an individual is accepted after an interview and workplace tour, the contract could be signed within two business day, and the individual could report to work from the designated date.

STEP04

Regular follow-up visits

The sales representative will conduct a monthly visit (or monthly contact by email) for regular updates. Regular follow-ups with the dispatched engineer will also be conducted.

Online interviews

As one of the infection prevention measures to the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies have moved a series of their business activities, including interviews, online. ENI also actively implements online interviews using various web tools. Considering the risk of infection, we believe online job searching is an essential tool for swift job changes. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
