Hara Keiji
Born 1966, in Osaka Japan.
At age 23, studied abroad in Australia. Following year, joined Engineer Network Inc. Transferred to a major engineering corporation in Yokohama as an instrumentation engineer, acquiring first level instrument engineer while working on domestic and international projects for 17 years. Returned to Engineer Network Inc. in 2007, became in charge of sales and management as company board member. In 2021 promoted to company COO.
Established over 40 years ago, I believe the basis of this company is our honest and sincere attitude towards everybody. Our response to changing times, for instance during this recent Covid-19 outbreak, was to implement DX (Digital transformation). Actively promoting IT for in-house tools to reduce labor costs and increase profits. Focusing on dispatching excellent foreign engineers to secure human resources, as the country faces declining birthrate and aging population, aiming for a business that creates the element of surprise and diversity.

Staffing business in Overseas
The recurring issue for the entire plant industry is the difficulty of securing human resources. Plant industry is faced with the declining birthrate issue and young recruits staying away from the industry due to the 3Ds (Dirty, Dangerous and Demeaning) image of the occupation. At ENI, we cut into this issue by specializing the area of human resources service for domestic companies. Using the keywords "plant, English, and young generation" as the main theme, we are focusing our attention and business development of foreign nationals personnel can be continuously recruited for human resources.

Some we have overcome and others we were unable to. However the accumulated knowledge from these experience is what makes the current ENI. Through good times and bad times, for 43 years, we have grown together with the plant industry. ENI possesses the know-how and experience passed down to our current managers that other new companies in the same industry does not possess.
