ENI’s business fields, plant industry and staffing industry, have been through many trials and setbacks. Some we have overcome and others we were unable to. However the accumulated knowledge from these experience is what makes the current ENI. Through good times and bad times, for 42 years, we have grown together with the plant industry. ENI possesses the knowhow and experience passed down to our current managers that other new companies in the same industry does not possess.
As time and culture changes, the need to hire highly skilled foreign engineers has increased. At ENI, we are focusing on introducing personnel from the Philippines that have been globally recognized as possessing strong sense of responsibility and stability, to the Japanese market.
