Introduction Dispatch Service
Introduction dispatch service refers to temporary staffing workers that is initially dispatched to a company with the understanding that they will be converted to direct employment of the company as of the end of their dispatching employment period. During the dispatch period (up to 6 months), both the workers and the company can identify whether they are suitable for each other, and thus it is possible to “prevent mismatches” and “secure effective human resources” while reducing various employment risks for the company.
Referrals after the end of temporary employment period will be carried out as a paid employment placement business. Our referral fee charges will be set within the scope of the Employment Security Law Enforcement Regulations.
