ENI is a POEA accredited agency
Usually, when hiring a foreign engineer in Japan, the procedure involves just obtaining an employment visa.
However, in the case of Filipino national, in order to directly hire a highly skilled individual, a company must make visa arrangement in Japan as well as in the Philippines government agency (POEA), where companies are first evaluated. ENI has been certified for this procedure.
Filipino national hired through ENI can legally leave the Philippines as soon as they obtain OEC (Oversea Employment Certificate) issued by POEA.
From August 2017, due to new restriction, the procedure of acquiring local POEA has to now go through a local accredited agency specialized in POEA. ENI will handle all necessary procedures, so please understand that hiring a Filipino national through ENI will be as similar as hiring any other foreign engineer or even a Japanese engineer.
