My international experience includes working as a Piping Engineer in Japan for the complete engineering stage of a petrochemical plant project. I've also undertaken field engineering and project management roles in China, Qatar, and Malaysia, focusing on LNG projects from site early works to mechanical completion acceptance.

(1-3)Primary Responsibilities:
I led the project's detailed engineering and was assigned as a field piping engineer from site survey site construction early works until Mechanical completion. He is responsible for the on-scheduled engineering quality output by monitoring the design progress, providing technical guidance, coordination, evaluating issues, and taking corrective actions to ensure the quality completion of the project that meets the schedule and budget.
For your reference, the improvements in other existing facilities are covered in this project to address the following issues:
Long duration for strainer cleaning
Instrumented Protective Function (Trip Function)
Pump motor damage (Due to air pockets in pump cooling limes)
I performed the overall engineering execution of the project from the detailed engineering phase up to the construction stage. Aside from the assignment of piping design engineer, he also became the field piping engineer, handling field supervising works and construction checks based on the design and performing troubleshooting for encountered site issues about project requirements and international standards.

I was assigned as a Piping Engineer located in JGC Yokohama, working hand-to-hand with Japanese design engineers for the detailed engineering phase of the project with task not limited to the following:
Responsible in the preparation of line index, tie-in list, piping layout and information, loading calculation, MTO sketch, BM/BQ.
2D/3D CAD modeling of piping system, equipment and structure, interference detection, and model review.
Has the technical responsibility for developing stress/vibration sketch/model.
Coordinating these responsibilities with reports to ensure timely completion that meets project schedule and budget.
