• Prepare cost estimation deliverables such as Bill of Materials, Instrument Datasheet and Instrument Index
• Review and check Instrument Wiring Diagram, Wiring Hook- up, Cable Schedule.
• Generate and check Loop Diagram using SPI
• Prepare and update Level Instrument Datasheet • Prepare and update Instrument Index
• Prepared Field Instrument Installation and Mounting Detail deliverables such as Process Line Hook-up, Instrument Air Hook-up, Analyzer Hook-up, Heat Tracing Hook-up, and Field Instrument Location Layout.
• Prepare Instrument Wiring and Cable deliverables such as Main and Secondary Tray Layout, Wiring Connection Diagram, Wiring Hook-up, Cable Schedule, Loop Drawings, Instrument Cable Trench Routing and Duct bank Sizing.
• Prepare Control Room Layout such as, MCT Arrangement Drawing, Instrument Cable Tray inside Building Layout, Instrument Panel Layout.
• Prepare Material Take-Off and Bill of Quantity for Bulk Materials.

Instrument Site Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, repair and troubleshooting of Instrument Installation work such as Cable Tray, Instrument Installation and Cable Termination in relation with safety procedure or practices.
• Responsible for the review of all instrument construction design work prior to installation.
• Responsible in controlling and monitoring instrument materials during material receiving and installation.
• Control Technical Queries and Deviation Request.
• Perform punch closing activities for readiness check prior to handover.
