I possess over a decade of experience as a process engineer, during which I have achieved many accomplishments in my career. One distinguishing feature of mine is my involvement in JGC projects as a subcontractor for Dash Engineering, allowing me to contribute to various tasks within these projects.
Furthermore, I have accumulated approximately four years of experience working in Japan, primarily at Chiba's Mitsui E&S.
Upon joining Mitsui E&S, I entered the company as an HSE engineer, providing me with a process engineer spectrum of knowledge. Subsequently, upon returning to Dash Engineering, I am cursing my specialized expertise.

  • FEED for PP Growth Project, Aurora-EOS (SBA) Project (by Exxonmobil Chemical Asia Pacific), SASOL

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in performing Dispersion Analysis and Heat Radiation Calculation using PHAST software of DNV-GL. These calculations are important in order to check if the hydrocarbons being released to the atmosphere are within acceptable values per government policies on gas flaring and venting. Also responsible for the preparation of Dispersion Analysis and Heat Radiation report which detailed the purpose of the study/calculation, government standards and policy, method of calculation, result of calculation, interpretation of results and recommendations.
  • Responsible for the preparation of Extent of Fireproofing documents which includes understanding Client’s Fire Safety Law and gathering of data from Hazardous Materials List, Equipment Datasheets and Plot Plans. The purpose of these documents is to determine up to what certain height of Equipments and structures are to be fireproofed equipment as dictated by guidelines stated in Fire Safety Law of a certain country. Fireproofing is the use of fire-resistant materials in structural supports and equipments to prevent structural collapse and allow safe egress of occupants in case of fire.
  • Responsible for performing SIL ( Safety Integrity Level) Verification on the instruments in the plant using exSILentia software by Exida. This includes understanding the project’s SIS ( Safety Instrumented System) and gathering of data from Instrument Index List, Cause and Effect Matrix, P&ID, One Line
    Diagram and vendor data of instruments. This task is the process of calculating the average probability of failure on demand (or the probability of failure per hour) and architectural constraints for a safety function design to see if it meets the required SIL.
  • Preparation of HAZOP and LOPA Template in PHA-Pro Software
