Primary Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Rotary equipment deliverables such as data sheet, requisition, technical bid evaluation, and Functional Specification for Pumps.
• Preparation of Engineering Deliverables (I/O list, Loading Data, Weight Control Report, Electrical Load, Equipment Summary Sheet).•        Technical Evaluation of Vendor Proposals for API 610, API 674 and API 675 Pumps.
• Technical Evaluation of Vendor Proposals including preparation of the cost summary and technical clarifications.
• Technical alignment/coordination with Client, Various Engineering Disciplines and Vendors.
• Preparation of Engineering Correspondences.
• Attendance to project meetings with other lead engineers and Client, and reparation of technical reply to close out Client's comment on technical specifications and Vendor documents.
• Facilitate Bid clarification meeting, Kick off meeting, technical coordination meeting, other clarification meetings and Pre-Inspection Meeting with Client and Equipment for all API 610, API 674 and API 675 pumps.
• Facilitate 3D model review for the equipment under scope responsibility.
• Attendance to HAZOP for API 610 Pumps (Heat Transfer Pump) and API 675 Pumps (MEG Injection Pumps).
• Attendance to Pre-Inspection Meetings and shop test performance for API 610, 674, and 675 pumps in Pump Vendor’s shop in Milan, Italy and Gaeta, Italy.
• Technical Evaluation of Vendor Proposals for Centrifugal Pumps.
• Preparation of Frame Agreement Specification for all Rotating Equipment Mechanical Seals, involving evaluation of mechanical sealing plan proposals from various Mechanical Seal Vendors namely John Crane, Flowserve and Eagle Burgmann.
• Vendor document review of General Arrangement Drawings, Equipment Data Sheets, P&IDs, and various key engineering documents.
